These herbs aid in the toning of uterine and pelvic floor muscles in preparation for labor and delivery, relieve nausea and indigestion, reduce chance of hemorrhoids and postpartum hemorrhage, assist in production of breast milk, and provide the mama with essential minerals and vitamins needed during this time of transition. This tea is also high in calcium, vitamin C and gives the immune system a boost. Excellent to sip throughout labor as well!
