My pillows are made from heavy weight 100% cotton fabric, organic flaxseeds, organic herbs and organic essential oils.
They can be warmed in the microwave or conventional oven to soothe sore muscles, stiff joints, aches and pains, headaches, ear pain, sinus problems, cramps, labor pains, nursing-related discomfort, or just cuddled for warm comfort. This is a gentle, moist heat that promotes healing and since flaxseed is a flower seed that is about 40% oil, these pillows can be heated over and over again, retaining their moisture and heat for many years of enjoyment. And unlike some other pillows made with rice, there is no "foody" smell when heated.
You may also chill them in the freezer to reduce inflammation, to cool a fever, for hot flashes, migraines, sunburn, bug bites, and bumps and bruises.
My kids love their "boo boo pillows" and grab one out of the freezer every time they fall and get hurt to bring instant comfort.

Rest your tired or puffy eyes with an eye pillow weighted with organic flaxseeds and lightly scented with lavender flowers. Sit back and relax while you reduce puffiness with a chilled pillow or slightly warm the eye pillow in the microwave to relieve sinus pressure or ear pain. Please do not place a heated pillow directly over the eyes.
